PRODUCT DESCRIPTION

 

This product contains a high percentage of recycled ground lumber and composted forest products.  Due to the light color of the wood and the dark composted forest products, this material has a very good contrast of color.  It is light and easy to handle either through air blowing equipment or by hand.  Because of its ease of application, it is commonly used around new plantings on large and small landscaped areas.  It can also be used for garden paths, mulching tree basins, and raised planter bed toppings.  Path & Trail can be used anywhere, where the landscape Architect wants a beautiful finished look added to new plantings.  This product will reduce the evaporative moisture loss from bare ground if a sufficiently dense layer is established.  Application rates for this product are recommended at a minimum of 4 cubic yards per 1,000 square feet to as much as 15 cubic yards per 1,000 square feet.

 

 

 

SPECIFICATION

 

The mulch shall consist of recycled lumber, fibrous woody material of various particle sizes.
